The Small House, Siston Court, Bristol

 

The original house was very ‘small’ and also had no garages or outbuildings.

Working with South Gloucestershire Planners and Conservation Officers we achieved approval for the substantial extension and remodelling of a Locally Listed Building adjacent to the Grade I listed Siston Court.

 

This site is in the Greenbelt and the Siston Conservation Area.

 

FirstFox Architecture utilised all their skills and knowledge of National Policy and Greenbelt policy to achieve approval for what is now a very large and very attractive family house.
