This project involved the redevelopment of an existing care facility for adults with severe challenging behaviour into separate, smaller and easier to manage residential facilities.

​

The existing bungalows and 2 storey houses were refurbished into smaller apartments.

​

The project also involved major landscaping works to create a better flow around the site and also increased levels of security.
